Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Defense Divas Keychains. We value our customers and take pride in providing quality products. Please review the following Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms set forth below.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date the order is marked as delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item is defective upon arrival, or

  • The item received was not the item the customer intended to purchase, and

  • The return request is submitted within 15 days of delivery, and

  • The item is unused, unworn, unaltered, and in original, resalable condition, with all included components and packaging, if applicable.

Defense Divas Keychains reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

2. Return Authorization Required

All returns require prior approval from Defense Divas Keychains before being sent back.

To request a return, the customer must contact us within the 15-day return window and provide:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the item(s) being returned

Photographs are required so we may verify the condition of the item and determine whether the return is eligible under this policy. No return may be sent back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.

3. Condition of Returned Merchandise

Returned merchandise must be received in unused, undamaged, and resalable condition. Items showing signs of use, wear, alteration, damage, missing parts, or missing packaging may be rejected or may be subject to a partial refund at Defense Divas Keychains’ sole discretion, where permitted by law.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless Defense Divas Keychains determines that the return is due to our error, such as shipment of an incorrect item.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of shipment. Defense Divas Keychains is not responsible for returns lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.

5. Refunds

Once an authorized return is received and inspected, we will notify the customer whether the return has been approved or denied.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original method of payment for the purchase price of the returned item, less any non-refundable shipping charges, if applicable. Please allow reasonable processing time for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution or payment provider.

Shipping charges, rush processing fees, and other non-product charges are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law.

6. Non-Returnable and Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or cancellation under any circumstances:

  • Special Order Items

  • Preorder Items

  • Any item specifically marked Final Sale at the time of purchase

Because special order and preorder items are purchased, prepared, or reserved specifically for the customer, such sales are binding and may not be canceled once placed.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders for special order items and preorder items may not be canceled once submitted.

For eligible non-special-order purchases, requests for cancellation must be made promptly after the order is placed. Defense Divas Keychains does not guarantee cancellation approval once order processing has begun.

8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the item ordered, the customer must notify Defense Divas Keychains within 15 days of delivery and provide clear photographs of the issue. Failure to report such issues within the stated time period may result in denial of the claim.

Upon review, Defense Divas Keychains may, at its sole discretion, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund if the claim is determined to be valid.

9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact Defense Divas Keychains first to attempt to resolve any order issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Filing a false or fraudulent chargeback may result in denial of future service and submission of supporting documentation to the payment processor.

10. Limitation of Rights

Defense Divas Keychains reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, or exchanges that do not comply with this policy, show evidence of misuse, abuse, or fraud, or otherwise fall outside the protections required by applicable law.
