Thank you for shopping with Defense Divas Keychains. This Shipping Policy explains our shipping, processing, delivery, and preorder/special order fulfillment practices. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders for in-stock items are generally processed within 1–5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page, during checkout, or in a promotional notice.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Processing time refers to the time needed to prepare, package, and hand your order off to the shipping carrier. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

2. Preorder and Special Order Items

Certain products sold by Defense Divas Keychains may be designated as preorder or special order items. These items are not always in stock and may require additional time for sourcing, vendor fulfillment, customization, or delivery.

By purchasing a preorder or special order item, you acknowledge and agree that:

Fulfillment times may be longer than standard in-stock items
Estimated processing and delivery dates are approximate only and are not guaranteed
Delays may occur due to supplier delays, shipping carrier delays, customs issues, inventory shortages, or circumstances beyond our control
Preorder and special order items are final sale and may not be canceled, returned, or exchanged except where required by law

If an estimated turnaround time is listed on a product page, that timeframe is an estimate only and may change without notice.

3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed by Defense Divas Keychains.

Once an order has been shipped, transit times are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, delivery interruptions, lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery, or delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

4. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout. Defense Divas Keychains is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the package.

5. Order Tracking

If tracking information is provided for your order, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout once the order has shipped. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking information in its system.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Defense Divas Keychains is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged after they have been transferred to the shipping carrier, except as otherwise required by law.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please first contact the shipping carrier and check with household members, neighbors, or your local post office. If additional assistance is needed, you may contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to help, but we do not guarantee replacement or reimbursement for carrier-related delivery issues.

7. Split Shipments

If your order includes multiple items, including preorder or special order items, your order may ship in multiple packages and may arrive on different dates.

8. Shipping Restrictions

Defense Divas Keychains reserves the right to restrict shipping to certain states, territories, addresses, or jurisdictions where certain items may be prohibited, regulated, or restricted by law.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the products they purchase may be lawfully shipped to and possessed in their jurisdiction.

9. Shipping of Regulated or Age-Restricted Items

Certain items may be subject to legal restrictions, age verification requirements, or shipping limitations based on state or local law. Defense Divas Keychains reserves the right to refuse, delay, cancel, or limit shipment of any order if we believe shipment would violate applicable law or require additional verification.
